  • Lylliam Posadas, Co-Director

    Lylliam Posadas, MSc has 15 years of experience in repatriation and focuses on community access and control of collections, community leadership in the development of research practices, and justice practice within museums. Lylliam is especially interested in the ways arts and culture can impact individual and community health and well being. Lylliam received an M.Sc. in Technology and Analysis of Archaeological Materials from University College London and Bachelor degrees in Anthropology and Psychology from UCLA. Lylliam is the co-founder of Your Neighborhood Museum, a non-profit collective of museum professionals and heritage care specialists providing  museum services directly to artists and culture workers and their communities.

  • Jennifer Kim, Co-Director

    Jennifer is an objects conservator working with cultural and academic institutions, municipalities, and communities. Her focuses include conservation treatment, site preservation, exhibitions, preservation planning, grant writing, teaching, and research. Jennifer has an MA in Art History and Conservation from New York University. She has worked in private practice as well as at the Autry Museum of the American West, the Margaret Herrick Library, and the Archaeological Exploration of Sardis. She is the co-founder of Your Neighborhood Museum, a non-profit collective of museum professionals and heritage care specialists providing museum services directly to artists and culture workers and their communities.

  • Diana Terrazas, Program Manager

    Diana  is a member of the Bishop Paiute Tribe and the Program Manager for Your Neighborhood Museum. Before joining YNM, Diana was the Community Outreach Manager at the Autry Museum of the American West. With over a decade of experience working in museum, her work strives to create space for our communities to tell their stories. Diana has served on several boards, including eight years with the California Indian Basket weavers Association, a statewide organization working to preserve, promote, and perpetuate California Indian basket weaving traditions. Diana has a M.A. in Art and Art History and a MLIS in Management, Digitalization, and Preservation of Cultural Heritage Records from San Jose State University.

  • Makayla Rawlins, Program Assistant

    Makayla (Payómkawish) is a graduate student in her 3rd year at the University of California, Los Angeles in the UCLA/Getty Conservation of Cultural Heritage Masters program. She plans to pursue the field of conservation with an emphasis in community engagement and using her skills to benefit community collections. She earned her B.A. in Art History and Biological Anthropology from the University of California, Santa Barbara, with a minor in American Indian and Indigenous studies
